How accurate are colours and finishes represented?
We take great care to ensure colours and finishes are represented accurately online. Natural variations may occur and are intrinsic to the materials we work with, contributing to the individuality of each piece. Thoughtful care will allow your furniture to develop character over time and be enjoyed for years to come.
When is my order available?
Selected items are available for immediate dispatch from our distribution centre, with further inventory arriving regularly. If your item is not immediately available, our team will be in touch with a confirmed delivery timeframe.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
My tracking details are not working?
If the tracking number and details are not displaying, we recommend waiting 24 hours after receiving your tracking number and details for delivery information to be uploaded and recorded by the delivery company. If it has been longer than 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service team and we can look into it for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We have the capability to ship worldwide. Please contact us directly for worldwide shipping. Our standard shipping pricing is for Australia only.
Do you have a showroom?
We have a Penthouse located in Main Beach, Gold Coast. The Penthouse is only available via Appointment and to the Trade. If you would like to schedule a viewing, please contact us via email hello@trovato.au

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, AfterPay, Shop and bank transfers. Note that goods will dispatch once funds have cleared.
Can your furniture be used in commercial applications?

Do you manufacture custom pieces?
Yes. Trovato can facilitate custom manufacturing for project-based requirements. Please note that minimum order quantities may apply depending on the scope and production method. For custom or project enquiries, contact our team hello@trovato.au with the project details.
