Refund policy
Trovato handles returns, refunds, change-of-mind requests, shipping damage claims and product issues in accordance with our full Shipping & Returns policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
Change-of-mind returns may be approved at Trovato’s discretion where requested within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition, in its original packaging, and must not have been assembled, installed or modified.
Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Made-to-order, custom, special-order, clearance and discontinued items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify Trovato within 48 hours of delivery. To assess a shipping damage claim, we may require a clear description of the damage, photographs of the damage, photographs of the external packaging and a photograph of the shipping label.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to customers under the Australian Consumer Law.
